The Walbro F90000262 or 'GST400' fuel pump exceeds the famous Bosch '044' fuel pump for flow rate. Its also far quieter, lighter and of a much more compact design to make installation easier in-tank. This unit provides so much fuelling it can also remove the need for using a twin inline fuel pump setup.
The innovative design of the Walbro 'F90000262', 'GST400' or 'DCSS 39/50' features a single impeller with two parallel rows of turbine blades on a common shaft (like a jet engine). These blades feed two high-pressure pumping channels, as opposed to a conventional single-stage pump that uses an impeller with a single row of blades at its outer edge. This innovative design results in improved hot fuel flow, as well as minimal noise and current use, resulting in efficiency that’s 20% higher than conventional pumps.
Also included is an inlet filter that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications and provides improved filtration and durability.

The Walbro GST400 is a simple drop-in install for many vehicles such as Nissan S13/S14 240sx, turbocharged 88-01 Honda's and Acuras, Mitsubishi Evo X and many more. GC and GD Subaru's can use this pump, although certain year STI's will want to remove the STI fuel filter (intank) + swap to WRX filter on firewall. Modifications may be required for certain vehicles due to the large 50mm base - Evo8/9 and 2006+ Honda's will require slight modification to the stock housing (we do not offer this currently). This pump uses the same plug as a traditional Walbro 255. An external FPR is strongly recommended.
This version of the Walbro 440LPH is not E85 / Flexi Fuel compatible. If you require the E85 Version please see here.
