Returns Procedure

At Driven 2 Automotive, our aim is to make sure that you’re 100% happy with the products and services that we provide. We understand that now and again some customers may experience a problem so we always do our upmost to sort issues out as quickly and efficiently as we can.

1. Please fill out the simple form below with a valid reason for returning your part and follow the next steps towards the bottom of the page.

2. Our returns department will reply as soon as possible to authorise your return and provide you with a returns postal address.

When returning your item, please use the postage services stated below:

  • UK Returns - By Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Signed For
  • International Returns - By Economy Tracked Services (Please state on the CN22 CUSTOMS label as 'RETURNED GOODS'

3. Once we've received your item we will get straight to work with your requirements, be it a replacement part, refund, exchange or other.

Please note:

  • All returns require authentication by contacting us prior to posting.
  • If an item is returned to us without authentication / returns number, it will be refused.
  • Upon receipt of your return, refunds can (rarely) take up to 5 days to complete, however 99% of returns are processed the same working day.
  • Driven 2 Automotive will not accept responsibility for any damage caused during transit, please make sure that when returning a package to us it is packaged well.
